Acceptance of Terms By booking and using the transportation services provided by Front Porch AirLink formerly Palmetto ("the Company"), you ("the Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Service Description Front Porch AirLink offers shuttle services to and from designated locations, including but not limited to airports, hotels, and residential addresses. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
Booking and Payment Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities Timeliness: Customers are expected to be ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. The driver may wait for up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges. Conduct: Customers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer exhibiting inappropriate behavior. Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
Company Responsibilities Safety: The Company is committed to providing safe transportation services. All vehicles are regularly maintained and drivers are trained and licensed. Punctuality: While we strive to adhere to scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) may cause delays. The Company will communicate any significant delays to customers as soon as possible. Service Quality: The Company aims to provide a high standard of service. Feedback from customers is welcome and can be submitted via our website or customer service hotline.
Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Front Porch AirLink operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.
